About the Job
We are a growing, modern multi-disciplinary practice on Long Island seeking an experienced, personable Endodontist to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are looking to initially add endodontic coverage approximately one day per month, with the goal of steadily building the position toward one day per week as patient demand grows. Compensation will be 50% of Adjusted Production. We participate with insurance on an Out-Of-Network Basis.
Our practice offers a professional, collaborative environment with an established patient base and strong referral relationships. We are looking for someone who provides exceptional clinical care while also delivering the type of patient experience expected in a high-quality private practice.
Ideal candidate:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontist.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Patient-focused with a warm, professional chairside manner.
- Interested in developing a long-term relationship with the practice
- Comfortable collaborating closely with our periodontal and restorative teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a consistent private-practice day to their schedule with the potential to significantly expand the position over time.
Schedule: Initially approximately 1 day/month, with the goal of growing to 3 or 4 days/month
