About the Job
Max Dental Group is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team!
This position offers a consistent Monday schedule, with additional opportunities to assist our doctor at a local assisted living facility approximately 2–3 times per month for half-day visits.
Schedule:
- Every Monday.
- Approximately 2–3 additional half-day visits per month at a local assisted living facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Help ensure patient comfort and provide excellent patient care.
- Assist the doctor during dental visits at a local assisted living facility.
- Transport dental equipment and supplies to and from the facility.
- Assist with appointment coordination and scheduling as needed.
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and facility staff when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be comfortable driving to a local assisted living facility.
- Must be able to lift and carry dental equipment and supplies as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Compassionate and comfortable working with elderly patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
